For something a little unexpected, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
